AI Agent Deployment & Operations, built around your work.

The friction

A convincing demonstration does not tell the team who will run it or what happens when a source fails.

What we build

A deployment and operating path with scoped credentials, persistent state and a tested recovery process.

The practical value

An operator knows how to start, inspect, update and recover the agreed application.

What we could build for you.

The useful scope starts with your task, your tools and the people who will use the result.

01Runtime and state design

Choose a deployment that matches process lifetime, storage, tool access and recovery needs. Separate agent execution from unrelated production applications and client data.

02Access and secret boundaries

Define who can administer, invoke and change the system. Agree the tools it may use, the credentials each connection needs and how those credentials can be revoked.

03Evaluation and failure handling

Keep a small set of approved tasks and expected outcomes. Test unavailable sources, provider failures, repeated requests and actions that should be denied or escalated.

04Operating documentation

Provide the agreed start/stop process, update method, backup responsibilities and recovery instructions. Monitoring coverage, support hours and any ongoing service are separately scoped.

Before we build.

Is ongoing hosting included?

Not automatically. The engagement can establish a deployment and handover plan. Hosting charges, support coverage and ongoing operations are defined explicitly before an agreement.

Can this use the same account as our website?

We assess the security and resource boundary before recommending a location. Sharing a folder or choosing a different subdomain is not the same as isolating an agent that can run tools.

Does this guarantee the model will always be correct?

No. Deployment controls address operation and access; evaluation and human review remain necessary for the task’s quality and consequences.
