This notice describes the public marketing inquiry and scheduling journey. It does not replace the terms or policies that apply to an existing DBM client portal account. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or confidential customer records through a marketing form.
Details you choose to share
An inquiry records your name, email address, company, project brief, request reference, submission time and contact agreement. Campaign attribution may be recorded when it accompanies the request. Request metadata supports abuse prevention.
Responding to an inquiry
We use these details to review your request, prepare a relevant response and manage a possible business engagement. The implementation stores an inquiry before reporting capture success. It uses Make and Gmail to route approved notifications and correspondence.
Scheduling a conversation
If you request an appointment, booking details and the context you provide are sent to Cal.com and the connected booking calendar. A time is displayed as confirmed only after the provider accepts it.
Email choices
A project inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing email. Public newsletter signup is currently disabled. A future newsletter requires separate consent, email confirmation and an unsubscribe option.
Essential browser state
The forms use an essential session cookie and temporary browser session information to protect submissions and keep your booking request consistent. These are separate from your WordPress client portal login.
Questions about your information
We retain inquiry correspondence as needed to respond and manage a resulting business relationship. Use the contact form to request a review, correction or deletion, mentioning a privacy request without resending sensitive records. We may need to verify the request.
Service provider notices.

What could we build together?
Bring your ambition, your bottleneck or your next big idea. We’ll help shape a practical way forward.
Optional interaction measurement is off until you allow it through Analytics preferences. When enabled, it records the page path, action type, placement, time and a random event reference. Names, email addresses and form answers are excluded. Your preference stays in this browser and can be changed in the footer. Saved inquiries and provider-confirmed appointments remain operational records needed to handle your request.
